Our cleaning teams are available every day from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Not at all. As long as we have clear entry and exit instructions, our cleaners can complete the job while you’re away. Many clients simply leave notes when booking.
No problem. Just provide detailed entry directions when you schedule your cleaning (lockbox code, doorman info, etc.). Your home will be secured once the service is finished.
Yes! If you’d like the same professional for every visit, let us know and we’ll do our best to keep your bookings consistent.
At this time we handle all bookings online only through our secure booking form. It’s quick and only takes about a minute.
Simply click on the Book Now button at the top of our website, fill out the form, and confirm your details. Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with everything you need.
We serve all 3 boroughs of NYC (Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens).
Clients can access their personal client portal to book, reschedule, or cancel appointments anytime.

Yes. Sparkling Clean Maid Service is fully bonded and insured. We respect the trust you place in us when entering your home, and in the rare event of damage, we ask to be notified within 24 hours.
Yes. Every member of our cleaning team undergoes professional training, background checks, reference verification, and is bonded and insured.
Absolutely! We love animals. All of our cleaners are trained to work safely and respectfully around your pets.

Yes. We provide all necessary cleaning products and a vacuum. .
If you prefer a specific product, let us know and we’ll be happy to use it.Our team carries a wet/dry Swiffer mop that works on most surfaces.
No worries. Our cleaners can bring one. Just mention it in your booking notes..
Please note: these are mobile vacuums, not heavy-duty machines..
Yes. We can assign a green cleaning team upon request at no additional cost.
Our cleaners DO NOT bring:

Billing
Our rates depend on the size of your property and the type of service you choose. We offer flat-rate packages based on the number of bedrooms, as well as hourly service options. You can view details on our Pricing Page.
Yes. If you’d rather pay by the hour, we offer cleaning at $50/hour with a minimum of two (2) hours per appointment.
Tipping is never required. It’s completely voluntary and only if you’d like to show appreciation for exceptional service. Please note, our cleaners are not allowed to ask for tips.
We accept all major credit cards. Cash and personal checks are not accepted. Payments are securely processed through Stripe with full SSL encryption. Every transaction is safe and protected when booking with Sparkling Clean Maid Service.
A temporary authorization (not an actual charge) will be placed on your card the evening before your scheduled service. If the appointment is canceled before 5 PM the day prior, the hold will be released within 3–5 business days. Your card is only charged once the cleaning is completed, and an invoice is sent to you via email.
Log in to your client account using the link in your booking confirmation email. From there, you can securely update your payment information at any time.
You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Any changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $90 fee.
