move in / out, are designed to prepare a home for a new tenant, as these tend to accumulate dirt and dust from previous tenants. We make sure to clean and disinfect every corner of your new home.
What includes? It is a basic cleaning with the following services:
Internal cleaning of the oven.
Interior cleaning of cabinets and drawers.
Internal cleaning of the refrigerator.
All of our basic cleanups include dusting and cleaning of all surfaces, cleaning the exterior of kitchen cabinets and appliances, basic cleaning of bathrooms and all floors.
What does this service not include? We charge extra for the following:
- Cleaning closets
- Cleaning of baseboards
- Cleaning of interior windows
- Cleaning of interior walls
The cleaning of cupboards, baseboards, windows and walls requires more time and requires additional resources. But for your peace of mind we offer affordable prices for these services.
